Do you provide cleaning or removals?

No. Home Transition Studio is not a cleaning or removals company. We provide assessment, planning and practical structure before those services may be needed.

Do you clear the home?

No heavy lifting or clearance is included in the assessment. If clearance or removals are needed, the action plan will identify this.

Can you help if adult children live far away?

Yes. Many families need support because adult children live at a distance or do not have time to manage the practical details.

Do you give legal, financial or property advice?

No. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, property valuations or antique valuations. Our service focuses on practical planning and organisation.

What areas do you cover?

Home Transition Studio is based in Dagenham and covers East London, Romford, Barking, Ilford, Rainham, Hornchurch, Upminster, Brentwood and selected areas of Essex and Kent borders.

How much does it cost?

The Home Transition Assessment is £495. An introductory price of £395 is available for the first 3 clients.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive a written Home Transition Action Plan. If you need further project support, this can be discussed separately. There is no obligation to continue.
