The Home Transition Assessment is designed for families who feel stuck at the preparation stage.
It includes:
- a short introductory call
- a 2–3 hour home visit
- review of the main rooms, belongings and practical blockers
- identification of what may need to be kept, sold, donated, cleared or prepared
- practical priorities for sale-readiness or move-readiness
- identification of likely services required, such as removals, auction, charity collection, clearance, cleaning or handyman support
- a written Home Transition Action Plan
